At Racewright Athletics we want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. Made for athletes. Built to compete.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Exact rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times for your country are displayed at checkout once you enter your address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier. While delays are rare, they can occur during peak periods, due to customs, or because of carrier disruptions. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your order is significantly delayed, email support@racewrightathletics.com and we'll help investigate and resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
