Return & Refund Policy

We want you to train with confidence in your Racewright gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. socks and underwear) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
  • Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email support@racewrightathletics.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@racewrightathletics.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help arranging an exchange, email our team and we'll guide you through it.
